Challenges and Opportunities

The company needed a system that could keep track of all 27 car workshops in Norway, which SAP Business One could do. With their old structure, much time was spent on unnecessary administrative work, something the company wanted to improve.

Why SAP Business One and BitPeople

The company was looking for an ERP system that could grow with the business, which SAP Business One could do. It was also important that their new system was easy for employees to use.

BitPeople has helped a lot, such as with a new infrastructure and addons, which have given us better control and insight into the entire organization, around bookings and various planning.

Value-driven Results

After the implementation of SAP Business One, the company has gained a simpler system to take care of customers and cars. The system provides a good overview and history of customers, while making it easier to track everything the business does. Snap Drive has also improved workflows by ordering parts directly in SAP, before they are delivered about two hours after ordering at the workshops. Mechanics are now fully focused on car repairs, rather than time-consuming administrative work.

Når et af vores værksteder har brug for en reservedel kan vi bestille den direkte fra en salgsordre i SAP Business One, og når leverandøren så sender fakturaen, så matcher den helt automatisk i systemet, så vi ser ikke noget papir mere.
